Chelsea : Chelsea were at the top flight, right from the start of the match. Chelsea had their easy touch against Arsenal .First half was almost a one Team show as Arsenal never hung with the ball . Forwards were on the top notch with desperate attack giving no chance to the opposition to spoil their party .Juan Mata struck the early goal from Azpilicueta assist . Hazard played his part and proved too harmful carrying the ball forward every time he got the ball . Lack of strength in the Arsenal midfield was easily spotted and expoited throughout the match . Torres starting the game ahead of Ba made a reasonable play as per the striker’s role. Chelsea was too comfortable to play in the first half and a bit tougher in the second half . Another quick fire counter attack paved way to second goal .Ramires was fouled by Szczesny as penalty was given to them .Lampard cleared the nets and made an emotional celebration as still his contract has not been renewed . Chelsea had the chance to score a couple more goals but it didnt happen . Coming from the bench , Ba had a easy chance to convert an open goal but the Arsenal captain denied his shot . Final moments of the game , the match seemed to turn to draw but Chelsea defended the Gunners very well and never left space to shoot or create chances.

Arsenal : Arsenal’s playing 11 is to be blamed for the loss against Chelsea . As Podolski, Ox Chamberlain and Arteta on the sidelines , Cazorla had to start on wings .This very tactics proved them costly . Diaby was totally out of form .He could neither make a successful dribble nor a physical block to his position. Coquelin was inexperienced to play in this big Derby . Arsenal’s all sort of successive gameplay happened only from the likes of Jack Wilshere and Walcott .Cazorla playing at the wing could not control the game ,as he usually does from the midfield position . Arsenal took a bit late to settle down and to attack the opposition . A good chance early in the game was missed by the Striker Giroud . Second half gave them sort of breathing space to make attack and move forward. A quality through-ball from Cazorla was taken by Walcott as the Winger made a stunning finish . Right back , Sagna was hopeless in the game failing to deliver good cross or assist . Gibbs had a decent game should say . As far as now , Strikers cause of concern is pretty clear with the club . Gunners had good chances to draw the match with a couple of close free kicks and many corner kicks . But they never sorted out to capitalise their goal scoring opportunities.
