Arsenal : Cheers of joy and relief all around the Emirates  after the refree blew the whistle .  Arsenal notched the winning goal from Santi Cazorla to stay alive to get their hopes to qualify for the Champions League . Early in the game , Super Santi’s brace fires Wenger’s men to important win. The Spaniard gave Arsenal an early lead before Andreas Weimann equalised midway through the second half. But it was Cazorla that had the final say, sweeping home Nacho Monreal’s low cross with five minutes to play to seal victory for the Arsenal.

Arsenal was desperately searching for a win here after back to back loss in two cup matches . That moment when Andreas Weimann equalised , Emirates was blind to see the ugly face of the Wenger . Diaby looked uncomfortbale right from the start of the match . Wilshere , Arteta played their game to the average . A clinical through ball came  from Wilshere  which was picked by Monreal whose cross was converted smoothly into a goal from the Spaniard Cazorla . Giroud is still not in a position to settle with Arsenal style .The Frenhman should adopt to be a good team player as a lone striker role is too far to his quality so far .

Aston Villa : The team is in a critical position to concede more number of goals after QPR . This loss means that Aston Villa are once again entering the relegeation spot alongside Reading . Defence was very weak to control the pace of the Gunners . Agbonlahor and Benteke dint trouble the scoresheet  and they dint seem to harm the Arsenal Defenders . A few chances were missed early in the match . Arsenal midfield was stronger today as they couldnt afford to drive the ball in midway of the pitch . The only goal came from Andreas Weimann dashing with the sprint to strike a stunner .
